Dr. Rodríguez joins the organization with an extensive background in biodiversity conservation, policy advocacy, and scientific research, poised to lead Global Humane Society’s efforts to protect endangered species and promote sustainable ecosystems globally.

With over two decades of experience leading conservation programs across Latin America and beyond, Dr. Rodríguez has been instrumental in shaping policies and partnerships that have resulted in tangible improvements for endangered species. His previous roles include serving as Chair of the IUCN Species Survival Commission where he championed innovative approaches to habitat protection and community engagement.
